I am a freelance technical writer, specializing in computer-related training. My experience includes researching and writing computer application manuals for an audience of office workers and for software development professionals. I have also written for public relations (press releases, newsletters, investor communications) and for marketing and sales (brochures, datasheets, conference presentations) and have prepared materials for publication on paper, on websites and for electronic distribution on CD or via e-mail. I believe that my greatest strength lies in my ability to simplify technical concepts without sacrificing accuracy, and to get the message across in fewer and better chosen words.
