Kay Palkhivala

As the author or editor of more than 50 user manuals, Kay's expertise lies in making organized and comprehensible documents out of diffuse and fragmentary technical verbiage. During twenty years in technical writing for the software industry, Kay has handled writing and editing assignments ranging from technical development specifications to marketing and sales materials. Her experience includes writing and editing software and hardware user and administrator guides, user training materials, websites, newsletters, brochures, customer communications and press kits.

Kay's work has been recognized by many awards from the Society for Technical Communication (STC), and she has often been a presenter at STC events. She holds a Master's in Education from McGill University and has experience in designing and delivering training for adults.
